10 November, 2008 – Kiev – ITONews.eu – information analytic platform about IT outsourcing in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. ITONews.eu is the first project of Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association (CEEOA).

The main objectives of portal ITONews.eu are to form the complete view on the potential of CEE region - the promising cluster for outsourcing services provision and to create the common information flow about IT outsourcing and BPO from Central and Eastern Europe. Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative – the association of Ukrainian IT companies that became one of the founders of CEEOA is managing and developing the portal.

Victor Maznyuk, the president of Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative noted: “Now the providers of IT outsourcing and BPO services from Central and Eastern Europe are poorly presented in global information flow of news, analytics and events. Even though such information reaches the global level, it is still fragmentary and scattered among different sources. The lack of sufficient information and difficulties in search of actual and true information about the region potential is a considerable obstacle in development of CEE market of professional outsourcing services providers.

We believe that ITONews.eu will become the indispensable information source for consumers of professional outsourcing services that are interested in order placing and business development in Central and Eastern Europe. Associations, founders of CEEOA are powerful background for formation of actual and reliable information content on the portal.”

ITONews.eu contents news and analytic materials, press-releases, researches, and much other useful and interesting information about outsourcing. The portal shows the activities of companies from the region the most widely and impartially. General information about CEE countries with data about markets volume, number of companies and employees is placed in separate profiles that allows as more detailed as possible to learn about advantages of each country. Information about regional and global events can be found on the portal as well.

Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative with the support of other members of CEEOA intends to developing ITONews.eu and trying to put it on global level of fame and popularity. In short-range plans there are to create monthly newsletter and to make the section which will content interviews with directors of large companies and national organizations in CEE region. Among the aims of ITONews.eu is to serve as a platform for meetings of outsourcing services providers and buyers. That is why in the nearest future there will be created companies catalogue, services directory, and catalogue of national organizations from Central and Eastern European countries.

Information portal ITONews.eu is interested in collaboration with companies and associations that are working in CEE region and wish to provide news, analytic and other materials about IT outsourcing and BPO for publication on the portal.
