Ekattva Yogshala Announces 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
Manohar Prasad Nautiyal is one of the most celebrated Yoga teacher trainers of Rishikesh, India. Manohar Ji has successfully conducted yoga classes, meditation seminars, and spiritual sessions for international students as well as yoga retreat groups. He also travels across the globe to spread the message of yoga and how it benefits overall wellbeing.
With Ekattva Yogshala, Manohar Ji wants to carry the legacy of Yoga teaching which he learnt from the holy saints of the Rishikesh. The main focus of yoga teacher training sessions to be conducted every month from June is to provide a spiritual experience that makes a positive impact on the lives of students. At less than $1300, Ekattva is providing teacher training certification, hotel accommodation, and meals for the 28-day stay. During the announcement, he also shared his personal journey:
“I have been practicing yoga since the age of 5 in the Gurukula at Parmarth Niketan Ashram of Rishikesh. My goal is to spread the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation to all parts of the world. Yoga is the source of internal peace and prosperity, which I think everybody needs nowadays.”
The 200 hour yoga teacher training program from Ekattva Yogshala focuses on various yoga and meditation practices. The training faculty is well experienced and has university training in the vedic sciences. The yoga TTC course will include Yogasana Practice, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama & Meditation and Teaching Practice.
