Zeman Homes, Inc. Expands Michigan Presence With Pine Crest Estates Acquisition
Zeman Homes announced today that it has acquired Pine Crest Estates, a new 55+ manufactured home community located in Chesterfield, MI. Pine Crest Estates is the company’s eighth Michigan property. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.Macomb County’s first seniors only manufactured home community, Pine Crest Estates offers residents an idyllic rural setting while also providing easy access to countless dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural offerings via its proximity to 1-94. On-site, residents can relax on their front porch or join their neighbors in an ongoing calendar of activities and events at the community’s clubhouse. The first builder’s models will be available for preview this Fall.
Commenting on the acquisition, Zeman Homes Partner Brian Fannon stated “Pine Crest Estates is a perfect addition to our property portfolio, offering residents an active 55+ lifestyle while also enjoying the peace and tranquility of Chesterfield Township in Macomb County.”
