Aidi Basketball Team Dribbles for Charity
Aidi High School joins Dandelion Middle School for some friendly games of basketball.
Students and teachers at Aidi School have been hard at work preparing for the Walking with the Sun charity concert. From repairing Dandelion’s music classroom to booking tickets, everybody is contributing in some way for the Big Day.
This week, Aidi High School’s basketball team, along with Aidi’s volunteer club, 1590, joined Dandelion Middle School students for some friendly games of basketball.
Undeterred by the hot weather, students took part in the games enthusiastically. Through a series of collaborative games, students from both schools got to know each other and worked together towards the same goal: winning!
After the games, students rehearsed “To My Future Self,” a song that will be performed at next month’s Walking with the Sun benefit concert. Brought closer by the power of basketball, this ensemble has never sounded better!
