Customer Segmentation

The CVO Platform Release 1.5 gives businesses the opportunity to adopt personalization by addressing their audience with messages and specials that are relevant to them.

Thus, CVO Portal introduces a feature which allows customer data import as a .csv file from any Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system. For instance, FMCG stores can divide their customers into groups by product preferences, visits' frequency (rare / frequent customer), etc. and use this data while planning Proximity Marketing campaigns.

Proximity Marketing Content Management System (CMS)

The new version of CVO Portal allows marketing specialists to add an extended description (and additional details) to any offer, which results in increased conversion rates and an improved sales process.

So, a CVO Portal user is now able to add the information below to every coupon listed in the offers list: short and long notification text, barcode, item number, sticker, price and category.

Product Category

As part of this release, the Leantegra team presents Categories, which can systematize all offers in the system. In addition, this feature will enhance the mobile user experience by allowing them to view products on sale which relate to a certain category only.

Proximity Location Analytics

The brand new Proximity Location Analytics provides customer-related location data based on the existing beacon infrastructure. It means that in addition to the Proximity Marketing functionality, your business will gain understanding of your clients' physical behavior and the points of interest in a store. As a result, a business owner will be able to see the statistics for the number of visitors, as well as their dwell time in each zone.

Trends and Histogram Charts

The Trends widget allows for the comparison of Proximity Marketing campaign results against the previous period. The result is displayed as a percentage and shows either an increase or a decrease in the chosen value (metric).

The Histogram widget enables the usage of numerical intervals (age, average dwell time) for analysis. For example, a CVO Portal user can build a chart which shows how many notifications were sent to users aged 25-30, 31-37, etc., or the number of visitors per every age category.

New Dimensions for Proximity Marketing Analytics

Thanks to the newly released dimensions (metrics), it is easy to identify what OS version, smartphone model and vendor, as well as application and SDK version are involved in each specific mobile app - user interaction.

CVO Portal Device Management

Device 'Cells' Management

A cell is a group of WiRange wireless gateways deployed for Real-time Location System in one particular zone. The new functionality reduces the time a system admin spends for setting up devices in CVO Portal by letting him /her group them using its web interface.

Device Serial Number Management

An admin is able to upload a .csv file with device numbers to CVO Portal, as well as edit and delete them from the system at any time.

iOS / Android SDK

Venue Map

From now on, the venue map added to CVO Portal can be displayed in a mobile application (through Leantegra iOS and Android SDK).

Leantegra Proximity Marketing Pilot App

In addition to being able to see an indoor map of the venue, a mobile application user will be in a position to click on any item in the offers list and, if a certain WiBeat is assigned to a product, view its current location on the map.
An extended offer description will help a user make the right choice.
All expired offers will be automatically moved to the expired offers list. One will also be able to review the list of recently received and opened notifications.
