New Delhi,17th May 2017: Traffic Jam Communications, an integrated marketing communications agency providing path-breaking branding, advertising and communications solutions to both public and private entities, today launched a campaign ‘#SecondInnings’ on the occasion of Mother’s day. The campaign deliberate on issues and challenges faced by women, the obstacles that pulled them back from their career. A film conceptualized by Traffic Jam Communications produced by Cine Martin Media was released at the launch focusing on encouraging the women to live freely with a sense of self-worth, respect, and dignity.
The campaign seeks to discuss the harsh reality of a working woman who is when confined to home and is not able to actively pursue her career for reasons beyond comprehension; her morale takes a massive beating. She starts to lose her sense of self-worth. She often feels that her independence has been snatched away from her and she has been made dependent on someone, howsoever close, both emotionally as well as financially.
Speaking on the campaign launch, Hitesh Chhabra, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer, Traffic Jam Communications said, “The main motive of #SecondInnings is to focus on creating a society where women have complete control of their life, both within and outside of their home and workplace; they can make their own choices and decisions. Their contribution shall be appreciated by society and they don’t feel to be left out. They should get opportunities which enable them to balance their family life and work life.”
