SONGWON underlines its industry commitment at Chinaplas 2017

Pursuing its strategy to become a leading stabilizer supplier to the Chinese plastics industry, SONGWON Industrial Group, the 2nd largest manufacturer of polymer stabilizers in the world, is exhibiting at this years’ Chinaplas in Guangzhou, China from May 16-19.

The Asia Pacific region’s largest plastics and rubber fair, Chinaplas is widely recognized by the industry as the 2nd most influential trade fair in the world after the K Fair in Düsseldorf. Now in its 31st year, it is estimated that Chinaplas 2017 will span over 230,000 m² with its 3,200 exhibitors and attract over 140,000 visitors from across the globe.

SONGWON looks forward to emphasizing its extended strength and presence in polymer stabilizers in China through its successful joint venture and latest plant in Eastern China, operational since November 2016. Established over a year ago, SONGWON’s joint venture with Qingdao Long Fortune Chemical & Auxiliary Co., Ltd. sells SONGWON’s complete range of polymer stabilizers and one-pack-system (OPS) customizable solutions produced in the new OPS dedicated plant in the Qingdao region.

SONGWON recently expanded its TPU extrusion and molding grade capacity in early 2017 to meet the growing high-end market requirements for high quality TPU grades ranging from automotive components to cables and wires.
