Flex Class Holdings Inc. Now Operates on a Business Model to Refund Fees to Its Students
Flex Class Holdings Inc.
The interesting part is that the company raised US $5.68 million at US $1.43 billion valuation, however, due to the extensive demand of the company's stock the share price surged 71.17% in the private markets within one month, adding US $1 billion to the overall market cap.
The company raised this US $1.22 million @ $36.99 per share, the valuation of the company is now US $2.44 billion which is Rs.16,226 crore (Indian currency). The company will be filing for US listing in the first week of June and may conclude its listing by the first week of September, 2017.
Flex Class will expand in India and will launch an Indian version of its website.
Flex Class will also acquire schools in India and may set up a Flex University in Sonepat, Haryana, India.
Flex Class Holdings Inc., a Delaware-based online skill development company, started to operate on a business model wherein it refunds the fees to its students when they completed their short term online skill development program. The company is now providing courses especially within the field of finance and would be soon introducing technology courses.
www.flexclass.org is an online learning platform. It is aimed at professional adults who want to add new skills to their resumes.
No Flex Class courses are currently credentialed for college credit; students take courses largely as a means of improving job-related skills. Some courses generate credit toward technical certification. Flex Class has made a special effort to attract corporate trainers seeking to create coursework for employees of their company.
