direct/ Intentia (SE) - IL Recycling Chooses Solution from Intentia Valued at Nearly EUR 1.6 Million

Stockholm, Sweden - February 20, 2006 - Intentia International AB (publ) (XSSE:INT B) today announces that IL Recycling has signed a deal with Intentia Consulting Sverige AB worth SEK 14.4 million (nearly EUR 1.6 million). The deal means that IL Recycling will incorporate the Intentia system into many parts of its operations.

Recycling company IL Recycling specializes in collecting residual paper and handling different types of residual products. The goal is to recover as much as possible from the material.

The latest Java-based version of Intentia Application Suite will be implemented gradually for approximately 250 users. The license value of the deal is approximately EUR 489,000 with a total order value of nearly EUR 1.6 million.

"We performed a very detailed evaluation process of a large number of suppliers. The solution from Intentia proved, without any question, to be the best. The solution covers complicated processes and makes it possible to centralize and make the operations more efficient by introducing partially common processes, such as the procurement process," says Anna Lena Axberger, the CFO of IL Recycling.

Anna Widmark Hergart, the Intentia account manager, adds, "We are very happy that our specific solutions help us win deals like this one. In this case, we were talking about very complicated processes, such as service deals, rental, production and, to some extent, trading. Intentia Application Suite can cope with this in a very efficient manner."

The new Intentia solution, which will be implemented starting in February, will simplify the process of handling residual paper, container rental and service agreements. IL Recycling has also invested in systems for ordering, stock, invoice, production handling, as well as procurement and planning.

The deal covers licenses, hardware and service.
