Magna Consult has licensed the Polestar IT Service Management (ITSM) simulation and the Polestar Project Management (PM) simulation from G2G3 to add value to their comprehensive range of services.
Polestar ITSM brings to life the challenges of implementing Service Management best practice. The experiential simulation is based on a realistic and exhilarating scenario, which accelerates the understanding of complex IT issues. With Polestar, learning is transformed into an engaging, energetic and highly memorable shared experience, which is effective with all audiences. It was the world's first ITIL simulation to be based around the latest version of the Service Management best practice framework, the IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) Version 3.
Polestar PM is an equally exciting simulation, designed to recreate the Project Management issues faced by many organizations.
