Universal Action Travel, Inc. in order to continue serving it traveler base has announced the use of Electronic Confirmation Packets or E-Packets are they are known in the industry in order to facilitate travelers reservations.

These E-Packets contain all the information that would normally be sent via USPS to the traveler days prior to their departure date. Company representatives confirm that travelers "seem to be happier with the quicker turn-around time of the reservations," also adding "They love to be able to open their inbox and view all their reservations confirmations in black and white and not have to wait for them to arrive in their mailboxes."

The company still sends out written confirmation to those who are not able to access the internet, and for those special cases when only written communication is required.

"This is clearly satisfying all of our travelers, and as the system continues to improve, I only imagine where the next level will take us." Director Patricia Holguin said. She noted that while few system glitches have been detected, all of them have been corrected and no reservation has been delayed due to the technical difficulties.
