HYPERDRIVE TECHNOLOGIES INC. plans 2008 West Coast Dealer Rescue Ride

Hyperdrive Technologies takes on the economy and shows Automotive Dealers how to make money despite it

(PORTLAND, Ore. — August 08, 2008) On August 11th 2008 Eddie Coleman, Founder of the Hyperdrive Family of Companies and the Author of the Industry’s two bestselling books, Mastering The Art of Selling Cars Online and 101 Internet Sales Objections, will set off on a two-week goodwill mission to provide help and strategic tools for boosting the bottom lines of over 100 dealerships from Washington to California.

“Dealers across the country are having real challenges and I’ll be coming equipped with real tools that will enable real volume. We can’t control the economy, gas prices or our lenders but we can control our market share. We believe we can show a dealership in a matter of 10 minutes how to sell countless more cars and that’s exactly our plan,” Coleman said.

The 2008 Dealer Rescue Ride will cover the I-5 corridor from SW Washington to southern California as well as select coastal regions and will take approximately two weeks covering over two thousand miles. The company is providing its expertise to automobile dealerships during the goodwill tour at no charge.

“Vendors that plan to excel in these times need to give before they get. Dealers are ignoring the hype and doing business with vendors that can clearly prove their claims. Luckily that’s our specialty. Everything from cutting edge phone appointment setting techniques, Internet sales systems, BDC power tips, increasing website leads & traffic, SEO, gorilla marketing, and secrets for getting lenders to step-up in down times will all be on the table. Help is on the way,” Coleman said.

The journey will be performed on a modified version of BMW’s new K1200-S from BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon. The K1200-S was the model rode by Andy Sills of San Francisco to set the world speed record at Bonneville Salt Flats. “We chose the K1200-S because it’s the fastest, safest, best equipped, hardest corning bike and with the best brakes period. Only on a bike and this bike in particular did we think I would have a running shot at covering that much ground and getting in and out of that many dealerships safely in less than two weeks,” Coleman said.

The company has set up a public interactive route mapping destination dealerships complete with 360’ street views through Google, which can be accessed at www.HyperDriveTech.com The company will communicate with destination dealers in route with updated arrival times using real time GPS tracking and satellite communication systems.

Dealers requesting to be added as a destination are asked to visit www.HyperDriveTech.com or contact Bo Chan at 503.227.3515
