Chicago, August 7, 2008 –Innovations Software Technology today announces the new 4.2 version of Visual Rules Business Rules Management System (BRMS). It supports the platform Eclipse 3.4. New features such as the Rule Dependency Graph empower the business users to create and manage their business rules in a transparent and auditable manner.

Business Rules Management for Agile Enterprises
Organizations such as the US Navy and Volkswagen Bank manage their business rules e.g. for their credit risk rating application with the Visual Rules Business Rules Management System. Visual Rules provides the capability for these organizations to dynamically adapt to and optimize for changing business and market requirements.

What´s New in Visual Rules 4.2 ?

• Eclipse 3.4 support
• Dependencies between rules, rule packages and rule models can now be visualized in a rule dependency graph (see graphics below: Rule Dependency Graph).
• Easy import of rule statistics from production and test environments into Visual Rules for graphical display.
• Ability to visually compare test results and expected results simplifies the process of testing rules.
• Ability to copy values from Excel documents and easily paste them into Visual Rules decision tables.
