RALEIGH, N.C. – Susan Holbrook, senior vice president and sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (hpw.com) Falls of Neuse Road office, has announced that Mary Lou Dingman and Anette Corprew have joined the firm as sales associates. Dingman has more than seven years of experience in real estate and worked previously with National Builders. She graduated with a bachelor of arts from East Carolina University and is fluent in both English and German. Dingman is active in the Home Builders Association and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. She resides in Raleigh.

Before joining the real estate profession, Corprew worked for the City of Raleigh for more than eight years as a customer service representative and owned Whitnee’s Antiques in Five Points. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in sociology and from Wake Technical College with a degree in human service technology. She is active in church out-reach programs and currently resides in Raleigh.
