Press release from: Content Analyst

Content Analyst’s Patented Classification Technology Enhances AnyDoc’s Automated Data Capture and Document Identification Workflow Engine

TAMPA, FL and RESTON, VA – AnyDoc Software, an award-winning developer of document and data capture solutions, announced today a partnership with Content Analyst Company, a leading provider of conceptual search and advanced text analytics software. The partnership adds Content Analyst’s categorization capabilities to AnyDoc’s Infiniworx® solution, allowing users to replace inefficient manual document sorting and manual data entry with an effective, easy-to-use automated solution.

As demonstrated in the hands-on sessions at the industry-leading event AIIM Expo 2008 in Boston, MA, Infiniworx gives users the flexibility to incorporate document and data capture and processing into automated workflows that match a company’s existing business processes. With a variety of modules containing a comprehensive set of tools designed to facilitate the capture, data extraction, classification and flow of document images and data, each tool can be customized with flexible parameters that are easy to define using drop-down list menus, without any program coding.

Formerly only available to elite government offices and the intelligence community, Content Analyst’s conceptual classification technology uses logic that mimics how humans think – in concepts, creating a more accurate method to automatically sort documents. The addition of Content Analyst technology to the AnyDoc®CLASSIFY™ module of Infiniworx allows users to identify a small set of single or multi-page examples representative of a given category or class of document, and perform automatic classification based on the actual document content rather than keywords or physical layout. Using advanced mathematics to “read” documents and associate them based on concepts, Content Analyst is a leader in conceptual search technology. This eliminates common challenges like spelling errors, OCR character substitutions, and variations in nomenclature.

“In the current economic climate, companies are becoming more aware of the pains caused by relying on manual document sorting, manual data entry, and other manual or mechanical processes. Not only is it an unnecessary labor expense, but any manual process is also prone to human error,” said Charles W. Jackson, founder and CEO of AnyDoc Software. “But when considering automation, tech-savvy companies want a document classification solution that is not only up to 100% accurate but also easy to use. We are excited about offering these customers the Infiniworx solution. With the addition of the cutting-edge classification technology from Content Analyst and the simple drag-and-drop design of our software, we can consistently exceed our customers’ expectations on both counts.”

Kurt Michel, President of Content Analyst, stated, “We are excited about partnering with AnyDoc Software, an industry-leading document and data capture solution provider. The Content Analyst advanced categorization engine is a logical extension of the Infiniworx capture suite. By incorporating Content Analyst, AnyDoc continues their commitment to provide customers with streamlined and efficient processes at the junction of capture and workflow.” He continued, “Together we are able to provide exceptional value to customers who are interested in improving their efficiency and bottom line.”

Infiniworx, with the AnyDocCLASSIFY module containing Content Analyst, is in production now, and available for license to AnyDoc Software users worldwide.
