New York City Real Estate Bulk Listing Integration for NYvacancies.com

Press release from: NYvacancies.com

New York City Real Estate Bulk Listing Integration

Launched just over two months ago as a comprehensive online listing source for New York City rentals, NYvacancies.com announces that the site now offers free bulk listing submissions. With the New York City real estate industry becoming ever more dependent on third-party listing sites to generate leads for potential tenants, NYvacancies.com offers simple data feed uploads as a more efficient service for realtors with a large number of residential rental listings.

Due to the rapid turnover of rentals in New York City, most real estate professionals have found data feed upload tools on websites like NYvacancies.com a necessary resource. Even for the less tech-savvy, XLS data feeds, which are simply Excel files, are an easy and effective way to promote up-to-date listings for many properties at once. The new integration is mutually beneficial since NYvacancies.com’s renters will also gain from the influx of new submissions with the new customized RSS feed subscriptions. Potential tenants can now receive the real time rental listing updates at absolutely no cost.

Coinciding with the new feed upload capabilities, bulk listing submissions to NYvacancies.com will be offered at no charge. “We are always looking for new opportunities to improve the site” said NYvacancies.com’s founder. “Offering realtors a simple and free way to add their listings allows us to offer more to our visitors.” Additionally, in order to reduce the effort of submitting to other listing sites as well, advertisers will also benefit from the automatic distribution of NYvacancies.com listings onto a network of related sites.

In keeping with its mission to provide an efficient way to find and post detailed New York City residential rental listings, NYvacancies.com has also announced the expansion of its search grid. To accommodate renters who are looking for apartments in the City’s surrounding areas, NYvacancies.com’s searches now include rentals in Long Island, Westchester, Rockland county, and Hudson County.
