Pointon York SIPP Solutions Limited has chosen to implement a six concurrent user Qube Property Management Software System.

Pointon York SIPP Solutions specialise in the management of property as part of Self Invested Pension Plans. The 700 properties managed are individually owned, joint owned, partnerships or syndicates.

It is planned that Qube will become the dedicated property management system sitting longside the existing pensions system. Qube workflow management for diary processes will be utilised to produce annual SIPP member statements. Further investment oriented functionality within Qube will be used to manage property purchases and loans. There is also the option to use the rich service charge management functionality available within Qube in future project phases.
