GenisorTM Unveils Patented Auxilium AI to Transform

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, October 27, 2026 - GenisorTM, a Liquid Rarity Exchange company, announced Auxilium AI, a patented artificial-intelligence architecture under development designed to connect enterprise performance with incremental investment capital. Genisor also targets a $150 million capital raise to finance new startup ventures.

The approach addresses two persistent challenges: entrepreneurs spending valuable time seeking funding instead of advancing their businesses, and investors committing capital before verifying whether their investments are delivering results.

Inventor Mike Saigh estimates entrepreneurs can spend as much as 60% of their time pursuing additional capital, diverting attention from product development, customers and commercialization.

"Too much investment capital is chasing projections while entrepreneurs are chasing their next check," Saigh said. "Capital should increasingly follow verified performance rather than projections alone."

Auxilium AI challenges the traditional venture-capital model, where a relatively small number of successful investments offset losses. Its proposed approach is to identify why companies are underperforming, recommend corrective actions and determine whether improvements produce measurable results.

The architecture combines Deductive Intelligence and Empirical Validation. Deductive Intelligence translates business objectives into operating plans identifying tasks, expertise, technologies, budgets and measurable milestones. Empirical Validation compares actual operating evidence, including expenditures, completed work, technical results, revenue and customer development, against those plans. When performance falls short, the system is designed to diagnose deficiencies and recommend continuous corrective actions through commercialization.

Rather than releasing an entire financing commitment based primarily on projections, capital may be divided into successive funding tranches tied to customized Milestone Gateways. Before additional funding is released, progress against agreed objectives can be independently assessed.

Missed milestones may prompt specialized assistance, revised plans, corrective funding, a remediation period or withholding additional capital. The approach distinguishes corrective funding from growth capital intended to expand enterprises demonstrating measurable performance.

"Each tranche of funding should earn the justification for the next," Saigh said.

Genisor's design separates AI-generated plans and recommendations from independent evidence validation and authority to release funds. Milestone conditions, permissions and predetermined controls must be satisfied, with material exceptions subject to authorized review.

"AI that writes the plan, grades its own work and controls the checkbook is not accountability," Saigh said. "Powerful artificial intelligence requires independent checks and balances."

Auxilium AI is intended for enterprises across engineering, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, software and consumer services. Combined with Liquid Rarity Exchange's real-world asset and fractional-ownership intellectual property, the architecture envisions linking verified enterprise performance to tokenized investment interests and potential primary- and secondary-market liquidity, subject to applicable securities regulations, market infrastructure and demand.

Auxilium AI remains under development, and its intended benefits require real-world testing and validation.
