Hollingsworth Logistics Group Expands in Schertz, Texas, Investing $19.5 Million in a New 340,090-Square-Foot Facility and Adding 150 Jobs

Move to Park35 builds on more than 15 years in Schertz and expands capacity for aerospace, automotive, government, industrial and retail customers

SCHERTZ, Texas, September 16, 2026 - Hollingsworth Logistics Group (Hollingsworth), a leading supply chain provider for manufacturing and distribution companies headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, is expanding in Schertz, consolidating its two Schertz locations into a single 340,090-square-foot facility at Park35, along Interstate 35 northeast of San Antonio. The Schertz City Council approved an economic development performance agreement (EDPA) supporting the project at its regular meeting on September 15.

Hollingsworth will move its operations from three buildings at 17745 Lookout Road (Suites 200 and 210) and 6150 Tri-County Parkway to Park35, located at 22867 IH 35 N in the City of Schertz, Comal County. After more than 15 years in Schertz, the new space gives the team room for warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, assembly and distribution, and expands capacity for aerospace, automotive, government, industrial and retail customers.

The move keeps the 224 team members Hollingsworth has in Schertz today and adds 150 new positions, for a planned local team of 374. Over the next six years, Hollingsworth plans to invest $19.5 million in the project, relocate or hire those 374 full-time jobs, and execute a seven-year lease on the facility.

The EDPA between the Schertz Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) Board of Directors and Hollingsworth, approved by the SEDC Board on August 27, offers Hollingsworth a relocation grant of up to $1.5 million tied to the investment, job and lease commitments above.
