New $99 AI visibility audit asks 10 AI models what they tell customers, then hands owners a fix kit

Preferly today announced its full AI visibility report, a one-time $99 audit for businesses that want to know what AI assistants say when a customer asks for a recommendation.

When someone asks an AI assistant for the best dentist, accountant or skincare brand, they get a short answer with a few names, not a page of links. Search rankings don't show whether a business is in that answer. Preferly does.

Each full report asks 10 AI models the questions a new customer would ask, with web search on: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Opus, Grok, Meta Muse Spark, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, NVIDIA Nemotron and GLM. It then shows:

- Every competitor the models recommend, by name, with the sources AI cited for them
- Every claim AI made about the business, checked against its own website. Preferly only says AI contradicts your website when it can quote the line on the site that disagrees.
- Which AI crawlers the site lets in, and whether they can load and read it
- Every fix in priority order, with the steps and ready-to-paste code

The fixes come together in an AI Fix Pack: one document the owner can paste into ChatGPT, Claude or a website builder's AI assistant, or send to a developer. It includes structured data (JSON-LD), FAQ drafts, page title suggestions, an llms.txt draft and robots.txt lines. Anything Preferly can't confirm is marked for the owner to check rather than guessed.
