Eligibility also depends on product condition, pricing and category. Sellers join by connecting their account and can import their existing listings from eBay and Shopify, so they don't have to rebuild their catalog by hand.
For small sellers, getting found is often harder than getting set up. Paid advertising on a new channel is a cost many can't justify before they know the channel works. The offer is aimed at that gap: sellers with proven feedback elsewhere get their listings in front of Google shoppers without paying for the ads during the first six months.
