SHOWCASE REALTY WELCOMES DR. CHERYL ANN MCLEAN

Showcase Realty has added Dr. Cheryl Anne McLean, DNP, REALTOR®, to its Charlotte team. Dr. McLean holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She has spent more than 30 years in healthcare and more than 10 years in real estate. She works with healthcare professionals at every career stage, from residency through retirement. She also helps clients who are relocating, buying or selling luxury homes, or going through big life changes.

Her approach has a name: Real Estate Rooted in WellnessTM.

"My years as a nurse taught me how to truly hear people," Dr. McLean said. "I learned to understand what matters to them, speak up for their needs, and support them through major life transitions. I bring that same care to every buyer and seller I work with."

Doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers often buy and sell homes at hard times. They may be starting a residency, taking a new job across the country, or getting ready to retire. Long shifts leave little room for showings and paperwork. Dr. McLean knows that world from the inside.

Her doctoral studies focused on advocacy, leadership, stress awareness and making decisions based on evidence. She uses those same skills to guide clients through each step of a sale or purchase.
