AI YouTube Sponsorship Rates 2026: Integrations Cost About $100 Per Thousand Views on Smaller Channels, New GreenPulse Talent Benchmark Finds
Marketing and growth teams booking fourth-quarter creator sponsorships can now see what a placement on an AI channel should cost, request a one-page numbers sheet for any show on the GreenPulse roster, and hold a November date with a single first payment.Fairfax, Virginia, October 19, 2026. GreenPulse Talent, an agency that sells sponsorships for AI creators, published a benchmark today showing what brands pay for placements on YouTube channels, podcasts and newsletters across the field. As of October 2026, a 60 to 90 second sponsored integration on an AI YouTube channel costs between $1,000 and $4,000, depending on the median views of its last six videos. The study is written for marketing and growth leads at AI and developer-tool companies who plan creator spending for the final quarter of the year. It draws on prices quoted by 17 creators and shows between September and October 2026, each measured against the median audience of a channel's most recent six long-form uploads. Typical bands replace individual rates, so every creator's own pricing stays confidential. The full table, with method notes and four published industry references, lives at https://www.greenpulse-talent.com/rate-benchmark
An integration of 60 to 90 seconds on a channel with under 30,000 median views typically runs between $1,000 and $2,000, a cost per thousand (CPM) of about $100. Above that line, the same placement sells for $2,000 to $4,000, close to a $55 CPM. A dedicated video commands roughly double the price of an integration from the same creator. Smaller channels charge more per view than the trade's reference tables suggest. Larger AI channels land inside those published ranges.
A typical sponsorship buy starts from a media kit that leads with subscriber counts, a rate card with a single price, and weeks of email before a publication date is fixed. "Brands pay for the audience a channel delivers in its last six videos," said Alyssa Christensen, founder and CEO of GreenPulse Talent, in the benchmark's release on October 19, 2026. "A show with 240,000 subscribers and 15,000 typical views is a different purchase from one with 120,000 followers and 40,000 per video." Every numbers sheet GreenPulse sends shows the median beside the average, the cost per thousand at both, the audience split and the delivery timeline. A buyer gets one recommendation with a price and a publication date, approves it on a single page, and locks it in with the first payment. The creator receives half of the fee before filming, so the slot is real the day it is booked.
Speed is part of the offer. A developer-tools company that first spoke with GreenPulse on October 1 had a signed order six days later and a confirmed publication date the morning after that, with the creator paid before production began. Every sponsor receives a private dashboard from the day they book, showing campaign status, review dates, deliverables, invoices and results in one place. November dates on TheAIGRID, the roster's largest channel at 399,000 subscribers, are open now. Four-week packages on AI:AM, the live weekday morning show, give a sponsor a segment of its own in front of founders and operators.
GreenPulse represents the creators and shows listed at https://www.greenpulse-talent.com/creators, including TheAIGRID, AI Uncovered, AI News, AI LABS, Nicolai Nielsen, Tim Harris AI, ManuAGI, Superhuman AI, the live morning broadcast AI:AM, The AI for Sales Podcast and Software Defined Talk. Their seven YouTube channels reach more than 1.25 million subscribers combined, by the counts shown on each one in mid-October 2026. AI:AM draws about 6,600 views on X per show, and its weekly recap adds 46,000 plays on YouTube and 6,750 podcast downloads through The Cognitive Revolution. Superhuman AI, a daily newsletter for business professionals with a developer edition called The Code, reaches more than 800,000 readers according to its public media listing. The AI for Sales Podcast carries 30,000 LinkedIn followers, and Software Defined Talk averages 3,320 downloads an episode. The agency finds each brand, builds a concept around the creator, negotiates the terms, handles the contract and invoicing, and runs the campaign through publication. Creators keep their full rate, and the brand pays GreenPulse's fee on top. Each creator approves the brands put forward and can decline any deal.
Brands planning a fourth-quarter campaign can request a numbers sheet for any channel on the roster by emailing alyssa@greenpulse-talent.com. A recommendation with a price and a publication date comes back the same business day. "Our job is to make a sponsorship the easiest purchase a marketing team makes this quarter," said Christensen. "A single page to approve, a firm date held by the first payment, and a dashboard that shows where everything stands." Creators who want their rates placed in front of brands can reach the agency through the same address.
