VALIANT's 1,500-metric-ton-per-year polyetherimide (PEI) production line is now operating, with products entering commercial use in optical communications, AI servers, semiconductors, aerospace composites and extruded profiles. The capacity adds local resin supply as demand grows for high-heat, dimensionally stable components used in data-center optical connections and other advanced electronics.

The development creates opportunities for resin producers, compounders and precision-component manufacturers to supply fiber-optic connector housings, MT ferrules and other high-density interconnect parts. VALIANT and SCIENGY are combining resin production with application-specific modification; established suppliers including SABIC, Ensinger and Röchling also serve customers across electronics, transport and industrial applications.
