The newly designed NationwideBeauty.com
Over the last few years, NBB has seen a great increase in traffic to their online presence. NBB made it a priority to improve their customer experience, both visually and functionally. Gproxy Design fully integrated the site to the company’s logistic & fulfillment software system, keeping customers informed of their shipments through UPS tracking, making them aware of any back orders, and showing them related items based on customer purchasing patterns.
“Designed with the beauty industry in mind, the new layout is both eye-catching, and straightforward,” said Elizabeth Witkowski, Director of Interactive Marketing at Nationwide Beauty & Barber. “We are very excited to introduce this site to our customers.”
In addition to the change in appearance, NBB has expanded its selection of beauty products to include web-only items and specials. “Before the launch of this new site, we were confined to only what the pages of our catalog could hold,” said Richard Kassel, President at Nationwide Beauty & Barber. “We will take full advantage of the opportunity to provide our customers with the variety of products they desire.”
