Times BPO News

Times BPO is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company since 2011 continues to create opportunities for entrepreneurs, small businesses and aspiring call-center operators looking to establish their own operations. Now this is possible without taking on the entire burden of project acquisition and process development independently. Addressing this demand, Times BPO has introduced a flexible partnership-oriented business model that combines project onboarding, training, technical assistance and ongoing support with multiple payment structures, including a monthly royalty-based option.

The model is designed particularly for entrepreneurs who want to start or expand a BPO operation but prefer greater flexibility in managing their initial project investment.

Under the latest offering for its Call Verification and Validation Project for 10 agents, Times BPO is providing two payment structures: a full project-fee model with zero monthly royalty and a reduced upfront investment model involving 50% of the project fee along with a 15% monthly royalty from billing.

A Flexible Approach to Starting a BPO

Setting up a BPO traditionally requires entrepreneurs to arrange office infrastructure, computers, employees, internet connectivity, telephony systems, training and, importantly, a reliable outsourcing project. While infrastructure can be established relatively quickly, finding genuine and operationally suitable BPO projects can be one of the major challenges for a new center.

Times BPO's partnership model aims to address this part of the startup journey by providing an established project onboarding framework. According to the company's model, an entrepreneur can begin with basic infrastructure and gradually build an operational team around the project.

For the Call Verification and Validation process, the technical requirements are designed to remain relatively straightforward. The company states that Dual Core/Core2Duo/i3-generation computers or basic configurations, headphones with microphones and a VoIP account are required. A dedicated server is not required for the project. This enables entrepreneurs to focus their initial resources on setting up their team, workplace and day-to-day operations rather than investing heavily in infrastructure.

How Can an Entrepreneur Set Up a BPO?
The process begins with establishing the basic operational infrastructure. An entrepreneur can arrange a suitable office or working environment, computers or laptops, internet connectivity, headphones with microphones and the required VoIP setup. Employees can then be recruited and trained according to the requirements of the selected process.

For the Call Verification and Validation Project, Times BPO provides project-specific training and assistance as part of the onboarding process.

The company also provides dialer installation for up to 10 computers or laptops under the stated project inclusions. The objective is to provide a structured starting point for entrepreneurs who may have limited prior experience in operating a BPO.

How to Run a BPO After Onboarding?

Starting a BPO is only the first step. Maintaining productivity, employee attendance, quality, data security, reporting and process compliance are essential for day-to-day operations. Under the Times BPO model, the entrepreneur remains responsible for operating the center and managing employees, infrastructure and daily business activities.

Times BPO's role, depending on the agreement structure selected, can include project training, support sessions, customer-care assistance and project-related guidance.

For the Call Verification and Validation Project, Times BPO states that the onboarding package includes 12 months of project support, employee training, project data for verification, dialer installation and customer-care numbers for general assistance.

How Can Entrepreneurs Get a Project from Times BPO?

Entrepreneurs interested in obtaining a project can begin by contacting Times BPO and selecting the relevant BPO project. For the Call Verification and Validation Project, the current offering is structured around 10 agents/seats.
Before onboarding, the prospective center is required to provide relevant documents for verification and agreement preparation.

The documents may include a Company Registration Certificate, if available, or the Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of the authorized signatory on whose behalf the agreement will be executed. Following document review, the center can proceed toward agreement finalization and generation of the center code. The project onboarding process is then completed according to the selected agreement and payment structure.

Two Payment and Monthly Royalty Options: One of the key features of the Times BPO model is the availability of two different financial structures.

Option 1 - Full Project Fee:
Under the first structure, the entrepreneur pays the complete project fee upfront. The model provides:

1. Zero monthly royalty
2. No percentage deduction from monthly billing
3. Complete project fee paid upfront
4. 12-month agreement

This structure is designed for entrepreneurs who prefer to make the complete project investment at the beginning and retain their monthly billing without a royalty deduction.

Option 2 - 50% Project Fee + Monthly Royalty
The second structure reduces the initial project-fee requirement.

Under this model:
1. The entrepreneur pays 50% of the project fee initially
2. A 15% monthly royalty is applicable from every billing
3. The agreement period is 12 months
4. The lower initial investment can help reduce the upfront financial requirement

The two structures provide entrepreneurs with a choice between a higher upfront payment with zero monthly royalty and a lower initial payment combined with a recurring royalty arrangement.

Two Agreement-Signing Models: Times BPO is also offering two routes for completing the agreement process for the Call Verification and Validation Project.

Direct Agreement with the Client: Under the first model, Times BPO arranges a conference call between the entrepreneur and the end client. During the conference call, the entrepreneur introduces their organization, infrastructure and capabilities directly to the client. Following the introduction, the client provides the agreement for review and signing.

Times BPO provides initial training to help the entrepreneur understand the project requirements. Once the center goes live, project communication, operations and financial arrangements are handled directly between the entrepreneur and the client according to their agreement. The client is also responsible for making the applicable payouts directly to the entrepreneur under this arrangement.

Agreement with Times BPO: Under the second model, the entrepreneur signs the agreement directly with Times BPO. In this arrangement, Times BPO remains the primary project-related contact for the entrepreneur.

The company provides training, support sessions and customer-care assistance, while Times BPO also handles payments to the entrepreneur according to the applicable agreement and project terms.

This option is intended for entrepreneurs who prefer to coordinate primarily with Times BPO instead of establishing a direct contractual relationship with the end client.

What Is Included After Onboarding?
Once onboarding is completed and the applicable project fee is paid, Times BPO states that the Call Verification and Validation Project package includes:

1. Agreement sign-up according to agreed project terms
2. GST invoice against the applicable payment
3. Dialer installation on up to 10 computers/laptops
4. Data for verification and project execution
5. Employee training
6. Support for 12 months
7. Customer-care numbers for general queries and assistance

The exact commercial terms, responsibilities and applicable conditions remain subject to the agreement signed by the respective parties.

Building a BPO Business Through Partnership:

The BPO industry has increasingly created opportunities for smaller operators who want to participate in outsourcing without building an entire project-acquisition system from the ground up.

Times BPO's royalty-based partnership model represents an approach in which entrepreneurs can select their preferred investment structure while receiving project-specific onboarding and support.

By combining project access, training, technical setup assistance and support with flexible payment arrangements, the company is positioning the model as an option for entrepreneurs exploring the BPO and call-center business.

How to Get Started?
Entrepreneurs interested in the Call Verification and Validation Project can follow four basic steps:

1. Review the available payment options: Choose between the full project-fee model with zero monthly royalty or the 50% project-fee model with 15% monthly royalty.

2. Select the agreement route: Choose whether to proceed with a direct agreement with the client or sign the agreement with Times BPO.

3. Submit the required documents: Provide the Company Registration Certificate, if available, or the Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of the authorized signatory.

4. Complete onboarding: After document verification, agreement finalization and applicable payment, the center can proceed with project onboarding, training, dialer installation and operational preparation.

For entrepreneurs looking to enter the BPO sector, the central proposition of the Times BPO model is flexibility: the ability to choose how the initial project investment is structured and how the contractual relationship is established.

With a 12-month agreement structure, project training, technical assistance and ongoing support, Times BPO's royalty-based partnership approach provides another route for entrepreneurs seeking to establish or expand a BPO operation in India's growing outsourcing ecosystem.
