Nunar Reports Growing Adoption of AI Workflow Platform Across Logistics and Supply Chain in the UAE and GCC

Nunar today reported growing adoption of its AI workflow platform among freight forwarders, customs brokers, and supply chain operators across the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The platform now supports more than 15 enterprise customers in logistics and supply chain and has processed over 500,000 documents end-to-end.
Freight forwarders and logistics operators face rising volumes of emails, PDFs, RFQs, debit notes, and scanned paperwork. Much of this work happens before data reaches an ERP or spreadsheet, creating delays and errors that affect shipment release, billing accuracy, and cash flow. Nunar's AI agents handle this stage through document understanding, rule-based decisioning, and human-in-the-loop approval, integrated with existing ERP, TMS, and finance systems.

Nunar focuses on three core workflows: RFQ-to-quote automation, customs declaration preparation, and accounts payable automation. Every workflow passes through validation and an approval queue before any transaction posts to an ERP or finance system, giving operations and finance teams a clear audit trail. The platform connects to systems already in place, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle NetSuite, alongside transportation, customs, and finance platforms, through API, EDI, and document-based integration.
Customers use Nunar to cut RFQ intake time by 50-70 percent and make quotations two to three times faster by reading requests from email, PDF, and Excel and converting them into structured line items for pricing. For customs, the platform identifies the type of movement, extracts HS codes, values, and party details from trade documents, and prepares entries for the Dubai Trade portal, reducing declaration preparation effort by 60-80 percent, with a declarant approving each entry before submission. For accounts payable, Nunar captures vendor invoices, checks taxes and duplicates, and creates bills idirectly in the company's accounting software, lowering manual entry by 60-80 percent and processing invoices three to five times faster, with staff involved only for exceptions.
Nunar continues to expand its workflow coverage and integrations as more operators in the UAE and GCC adopt the platform.
