A lawsuit was filed on behalf of investors in Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) shares over alleged securities laws violations.

A lawsuit was filed on behalf of investors in Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) shares over alleged securities laws violations.

An investor, who purchased shares of Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS), filed a lawsuit over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws by Doximity, Inc. in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements.

Investors who purchased shares of Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) have certain options and for certain investors are short and strict deadlines running. Deadline: November 16, 2026. NYSE: DOCS investors should contact the Shareholders Foundation at mail@shareholdersfoundation.com or call +1(858) 779 - 1554.

San Francsico, CA based Doximity, Inc. operates a cloud-based digital platform for medical professionals in the United States. Doximity, Inc. reported that its Total Revenue rose from $570.399 million for the 12 months period that ended on March 31, 2025, to $644.86 million for the 12 months period that ended on March 31, 2026, and that its Net Income declined over those respective time periods from $223.18 million to $196.05 million.

On November 6, 2025, Doximity, Inc. allegedly reported second quarter results where they expressed a degree of caution regarding the outlook for ad spending and implied a slowdown in sales growth in the second half of the 2026 fiscal year. On this news, the price of Doximity common stock dropped 13%, according to the complaint.

On February 5, 2026, Doximity, Inc lowered its revenue guidance for 2026 full fiscal year, which ended on March 31, 2026, and announced that its sales growth had decelerated while its net income had contracted, which will negatively impact its 2026 fiscal fourth quarter.

Finally, on May 13, 2026, Doximity, Inc allegedly announced that it missed its already-reduced revenue guidance and projected a significantly slower pace of growth for its 2027 fiscal year, which ends on March 31, 2027.

Shares of Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) declined from $85.21 per share on February 10, 2025, to as low as $17.15 per share on May 14, 2026.

The plaintiff claims that between August 8, 2024 and May 13, 2026, the defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that Doximity overstated the impact that its Newsfeed would have on its revenue growth, and that Doximity was losing market share to its competitors with more favorable pricing and engagement models, while also using banner ads and e-newsletters instead of deep engagement tactics.

Those who purchased shares of Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) have certain options and should contact the Shareholders Foundation.
