AI PromoDesign Launches AI Chat for Custom Promo Products, A to Z, With No Minimums

Agoura Hills, CA, October 1, 2026 - AI PromoDesign, a Kinor Partners company, today launched an AI chat that lets schools, sports teams, clubs and companies design and order custom t-shirts and promotional products in a single conversation. According to the company, a user can go from an idea to a full set of products for a school or company in about 30 seconds, with no design software, no file exchanges and no minimum order. The company describes the platform as the only AI chat for promo items, A to Z: from the first idea to finished products delivered to the customer.

For decades, custom apparel has been designed by professionals or by people willing to learn complicated editors full of menus, layers and buttons. That has left out the people who actually order most team and school gear: the PTA parent putting together spirit wear, the coach outfitting a youth team, or the student in a leadership program designing shirts for their sports team. Without design skills, these organizers have depended on a designer or an agency to create the artwork. That adds back-and-forth and waiting time for people who are often volunteering around jobs and family, and it adds cost for schools, teams and clubs that are already working with tight budgets. Minimum order quantities and separate design fees have added further barriers for small groups.

AI PromoDesign uses recent advances in AI to remove those barriers. Instead of an editor, the customer has a conversation. They describe what they want in plain language, refine colors, text and layout by chatting, and see the design previewed on the actual garment at the correct print area. The platform produces print-ready artwork and can rebuild a design from an uploaded logo or a photo of an old shirt. If a customer only has a blurry or low-resolution image, the AI can sharpen it and raise its resolution until it is ready for print. It can also add new elements to an existing design so they blend in naturally, such as the current year, a school name or a team name. Groups can then combine different garments and sizes in one order. Each design receives a review by a production expert before printing, artwork is included at no charge, and finished products are printed in the United States and shipped to the customer.

"We are in the age of AI, and people should not be stuck with the multi-button, complicated design tools of the past. Most stores have added AI on top of those old tools. The current product line includes t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, polos, drinkware and tote bags, with more promotional categories planned. Designing is free.
