UGREEN HomeAgent HA100 Puts Local AI, Private Storage and Smart Home Control Under One Roof

September 28, 2026 - UGREEN is redefining the connected home with the launch of UGREEN HomeAgent HA100, an AI-powered home hub designed to bring local AI processing, private storage, home security and smart-device control together in one intelligent system.

Introduced during UGREEN's Smart Living Launch Event at Gillette Stadium on September 1, 2026, HomeAgent addresses a growing problem with modern smart homes: too many devices, too many apps and increasing amounts of personal data being managed through separate cloud services.

Powered by UGREEN's UGOS Pro operating system, the HA100 is designed to act as a central intelligence hub for the home. It combines local storage and computing with AI-powered security features, voice interaction and compatibility with supported third-party smart-home devices.

One of its key differentiators is local AI processing, delivering up to 26 TOPS of AI performance. By processing supported AI workloads locally, HomeAgent is designed to keep more personal information within the home while reducing reliance on remote cloud processing. While some features may still use cloud-based services, the platform places local computing and data management at its core.

HomeAgent also introduces a more natural way to interact with connected devices through Uliya, UGREEN's voice assistant. Users can issue supported voice commands to interact with HomeAgent, check supported security events and control compatible smart-home products without constantly switching between different applications.

For home security, HomeAgent works with compatible UGREEN SynCare cameras to generate AI event summaries and enable keyword-based searches through the UGREEN NAS App. Its Highlight Moments feature can also identify memorable moments from supported recordings and automatically create highlight videos, helping families rediscover important memories without manually searching through hours of footage.

Beyond AI and security, the HA100 provides central storage for compatible photos, videos and files. With three SATA drive bays, users can configure compatible NAS drives for storage and surveillance recording, with drives sold separately.

The HA100 also supports Matter-compatible smart-home devices, including lights, switches, sensors, smart plugs, smart locks, curtains and robot vacuums, helping users bring supported devices from different manufacturers into one connected ecosystem.
