Greater Transparency in the Supply Chain: Phoenix Manufacturing Introduces SLCP Verification

SAMUT PRAKAN (THAILAND) - September 2026 -

_The__ Thai jewelry manufacturer _Phoenix Manufacturing Co., Ltd._ is adding the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) to its existing RJC and SEDEX-SMETA certifications to offer international customers even greater transparency in the verification of labor and social standards._

Phoenix Manufacturing Co., Ltd., one of the leading OEM and ODM manufacturers and wholesalers of sterling silver jewelry, has successfully completed verification under the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) for its production facility in Samut Prakan, Thailand. The independent audit was conducted by Intertek Thailand. The corresponding audit report can now be requested through the Fair Factories Clearinghouse, which was recently acquired by the _Worldly_ platform.

Phoenix Manufacturing is expanding its guidelines for responsible and transparent corporate governance. The facility already holds the prestigious Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certificate (Certificate No. 00006012) and has passed the SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar Model audit. Jewelry companies seeking new partners use the additional SLCP verification as a reliable source for their legally mandated due diligence.

Less audit effort, more efficiency for global partners

The SLCP reduces the burden of audits and boosts the performance of global partners. The system eliminates the burden of constantly repeating audits of social and labor conditions within supply chains. It creates a standardized structure for the rapid exchange of verified operational data with participating business partners. According to SLCP reports, 53 percent of suppliers use this process for their buyers and report direct savings on audit costs. About two-thirds of companies save significant time on their audit procedures thanks to the new approach. Phoenix Manufacturing chose the program primarily because of this time savings. The jewelry manufacturer supplies retailers around the globe and provides its partners with all key social and labor data in a straightforward manner. To do so, the company uses the systems from RJC, SEDEX, or SLCP.

"As soon as a brand puts its logo on a piece of jewelry, it vouches for the factory with its name," explains Rayan Ahmed, PR Director at Phoenix Manufacturing. "Our role goes beyond simply delivering high-quality goods. We guarantee flawless manufacturing processes and disclose how employees work and where raw materials come from. Our customers need the assurance that they are receiving fairly produced products." Customers need assurance when selling their products. RJC certification and the Sedex SMETA audit form the basis for this trust. SLCP verification provides additional, independently audited data on social and working conditions."

New Moissanite Collection and Trade Show Presentations

Along with the announcement of the new verification, the company unveiled a new product line: On September 17, 2026, the company's first in-house collection of sterling silver earrings featuring synthetic moissanite gemstones will be released via its wholesale platform, _925SilverJewelry by Phoenix Manufacturing_.

The collection features contemporary "earscaping" designs. Jewelers and fashion brands can keep their offerings up-to-date with these pieces and respond flexibly to rising or falling gold and silver prices. The manufacturer's B2B portal features over 15,000 designs available for immediate delivery. Each piece is produced in compliance with RJC, SEDEX-SMETA, and SLCP standards and meets international ASTM and REACH requirements.

Even before the online launch, trade visitors and business customers alike will have the opportunity to view the new pieces in person at two of the world's most important jewelry trade shows and discuss production orders:

Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair: September 8-12, 2026 (Thailand Exhibition Area, Booths S57 and S59)

Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong: September 16-20, 2026 (Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, Booth 5G836)
