WIDTH Pte Ltd Selected as Finalist at ALB Pan Asian Regulatory Awards 2026

Recognition highlights WIDTH's continued development of connected, accountable and AI-assisted compliance operations across Asia-Pacific.

SINGAPORE, 25 August 2026 - WIDTH, a Singapore-based compliance technology company, has been named a finalist at the ALB Pan Asian Regulatory Awards 2026.

Organised by Asian Legal Business, the awards recognise organisations and professionals contributing to regulatory excellence across Asia. The 2026 awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Singapore on 30 September 2026.

The recognition comes as regulated organisations across the region face increasingly complex operational demands. Compliance teams must manage customer onboarding, screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, regulatory reviews and audit preparation across growing volumes of data.

However, many institutions still rely on separate systems, spreadsheets and manual handovers. As a result, important risk information can become fragmented across departments and review stages.

WIDTH addresses this operational challenge through its All-in-One Compliance and Risk Decision Intelligence Platform. The platform connects customer information, risk signals, workflows, investigations, case decisions and supporting evidence within one auditable environment.

Compliance teams can use WIDTH to manage KYC and KYB onboarding, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media checks, transaction monitoring, risk scoring and case management. The platform also applies AI-assisted review to help teams assess information more efficiently while retaining human oversight over final decisions.

"Compliance teams need more than isolated tools or additional alerts," said Chye Kit Chionh, Co-Founder and CEO of WIDTH. "They need connected workflows that help them understand risk, document decisions and maintain clear accountability. This recognition reinforces our commitment to building practical technology that supports those operational needs."

WIDTH's approach focuses on connecting data, workflows and human judgement. This provides compliance teams with a clearer view of each customer, case and decision throughout the compliance lifecycle.

Importantly, WIDTH does not position AI as a replacement for compliance professionals. Instead, AI supports reviewers by organising evidence, highlighting relevant risk indicators and assisting with case analysis. Human reviewers retain decision authority, while the platform maintains an auditable record of the process.

The finalist recognition also marks another milestone in WIDTH's development following Vernal Capital's acquisition of Cynopsis Solutions. WIDTH builds on Cynopsis Solutions' established compliance expertise, operational foundation and experience supporting regulated organisations.

Under the WIDTH brand, the company continues to expand its focus beyond individual compliance functions. Its objective is to provide a connected operating environment where regulated organisations can manage onboarding, monitoring, investigations and audit evidence through one platform, one workflow and one source of truth.

WIDTH thanks Asian Legal Business for the recognition and congratulates the other organisations and professionals named among the 2026 finalists.
