PULLMAN, WA - August 24, 2026 - Pullman Wash Co, a new commercial exterior cleaning company, has launched operations serving the Palouse region including Pullman, Moscow, Colfax, Lewiston, and surrounding communities throughout Whitman County, Washington and Latah and Nez Perce Counties in Idaho.
The company was founded to address a significant gap in the Palouse commercial cleaning market. Most exterior cleaning operators serving the region focus on residential work and lack the commercial grade equipment required for large scale projects including hot water pressure washing and EPA compliant water reclamation.
Pullman Wash Co operates hot water pressure washing equipment capable of reaching 250 degrees Fahrenheit, a capability that is essential for removing oil, grease, and petroleum contamination from commercial surfaces including fuel islands, restaurant dumpster pads, and parking lots. The company also runs a dedicated water reclamation trailer for jobs requiring EPA compliant wastewater capture near storm drains and municipal drainage infrastructure.
The company is led by Kris Ott, founder of The Bright Side Spokane, and co-founder Mark Hilby of Grace Pressure Washing, two of Eastern Washington's most established exterior cleaning operators.
