Industrial Refrigeration Solutions Launches ENR Series of Advanced Industrial Water Chillers Across Australia
Image: https://www.abnewswire.com/upload/2026/08/47fa4371c4b8f3466130456c03fe110a.jpgPerth, Western Australia - 22 August, 2026 - Industrial Refrigeration Solutions (IRS Refrigeration) has announced the Australian launch of its new ENR Series of industrial air-cooled water chillers, bringing a highly configurable, engineering-focused process cooling solution to manufacturers, mining operations, food and beverage producers, plastics manufacturers and other industrial businesses across Australia.
Positioned by IRS Refrigeration [https://www.irsrefrigeration.com.au/] as one of the most technologically advanced industrial chiller ranges available in Australia, the ENR Series combines sophisticated refrigeration technology, integrated hydraulics, flexible refrigerant options and application-specific configuration across an exceptionally broad capacity range of 1.6 kW to 410 kW. The range has been developed for industrial environments where precise temperature control, reliability and continuous operation are critical to production.
Advanced technology for demanding industrial applications
The ENR Series has been engineered as a complete, self-contained process cooling system rather than simply an off-the-shelf chiller. Depending on the model and application, the range incorporates hermetic rotary or scroll compressors, multiple evaporator technologies, integrated pumps and buffer tanks, air-cooled condensers and advanced control systems.
A major advantage of the ENR range is its flexibility. Models are available with R410A, R32, R454B and R513A refrigerant options, allowing IRS Refrigeration to select a configuration appropriate to the customer's application, operating requirements and refrigerant strategy.
The range also offers a choice of stainless steel brazed plate, Hitema coaxial tube-in-tube, or shell-and-tube evaporators, together with a selection of pump configurations, electronic expansion valves, expansion vessels, soft-start systems and low-noise options.
With models ranging from compact 1.6 kW units through to 410 kW industrial systems, the ENR Series can be specified for applications ranging from individual production machinery through to large-scale industrial process cooling installations.
Intelligent control and industrial-grade design
The ENR Series incorporates an integrated control system designed to manage refrigeration, hydraulics and condenser operation from a single unit. Leaving-water temperature is actively controlled by modulating compressor operation, while condenser fan control manages condensing pressure according to operating requirements.
Continuous system monitoring and alarm management provide operators with greater visibility of equipment performance and potential fault conditions.
The chillers are also designed for demanding Australian operating environments, with IP54-rated enclosures suitable for outdoor installation. Integrated pumps and water storage tanks are supplied as standard, helping simplify installation and reduce the complexity associated with separate hydraulic components.
For larger industrial installations, optional duty/standby dual-pump configurations, high-head pumps and other factory-fitted options allow the system to be configured around the specific requirements of the process.
Designed around the application, not just the product
IRS Refrigeration's approach to the ENR Series goes beyond simply supplying a chiller. The company assesses each application according to its cooling load, required supply and return temperatures, ambient conditions, fluid characteristics, duty cycle and site requirements before recommending the appropriate configuration.
This engineering-led approach is particularly important in industries where inadequate process cooling can affect product quality, production throughput, machinery performance and equipment life.
The ENR Series is suitable for a wide range of applications including injection moulding, plastics and rubber processing, CNC machining, laser equipment, food and beverage production, hydraulic systems, compressors, mining equipment, chemical manufacturing and other industrial processes where consistent temperature control is essential.
Engineered for Australia
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Industrial Refrigeration Solutions specialises exclusively in industrial refrigeration and process cooling, supporting customers throughout Western Australia and nationally.
The company's focus on industrial applications means that equipment selection takes into account the realities of Australian industrial environments, including high ambient temperatures, remote site requirements, demanding duty cycles and Australian electrical and refrigeration compliance requirements.
According to IRS Refrigeration, the launch of the ENR Series represents another step in its commitment to providing Australian industry with sophisticated, reliable and properly engineered process cooling solutions.
The new ENR Series is now available throughout Australia.
ENR Series specifications vary by model and application. Cooling capacities range from 1.6 kW to 410 kW. Customers should contact IRS Refrigeration to confirm the appropriate configuration for their specific process cooling requirements.
