University of Rajasthan Digitises UG & PG Admissions Through Zucol Services-Built Online Platform

New platform lets students, colleges, and university administrators manage the entire admission process through a unified digital system.

Jaipur, Rajasthan: The University of Rajasthan has launched its fully digital admission platform for the 2026-27 academic session, marking a significant step towards modernising higher education administration. Developed by Zucol Services(https://zucol.in/), a technology solutions company, the platform enables students, affiliated colleges, and university administrators to manage the entire admission lifecycle through a secure, integrated, and scalable digital ecosystem.

With thousands of students applying for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes every year, managing admissions across multiple affiliated colleges requires efficient coordination, document verification, payment processing, and data management. The newly launched platform addresses these challenges by bringing students, colleges, and university administrators onto a single integrated system.

The digital admission platform enables students to complete the entire application journey online, from registration and course selection to document submission and payment. Applicants can create profiles, select their preferred programmes and colleges, upload required documents, and track their application progress through a structured and transparent process.

A key highlight of the platform is its ability to maintain student preferences throughout the admission process. By preserving programme and subject choices submitted by applicants, the system supports a more organised approach towards merit preparation, counselling, and seat allocation.

For affiliated colleges, the platform provides dedicated administrative capabilities to manage admission-related activities more efficiently. College authorities can review applications, verify documents, manage admission processes, generate receipts, and access relevant reports through a centralised system, reducing dependency on manual processes and improving operational accuracy.

At the university level, administrators gain improved visibility into admission activities across affiliated institutions through centralised monitoring tools. The platform enables better management of application data, payment information, and admission progress, helping officials coordinate large-scale admission operations more effectively.

The digital transformation also extends to postgraduate admissions through the University of Rajasthan Aptitude Test for PG (URATPG-2026). The dedicated PG admission ecosystem enables candidates to apply online, select subject preferences, complete secure payments, and monitor their application status digitally.

The platform incorporates automated workflows and secure, role-based access controls to protect applicant information. Built to support high-volume application processing and future expansion of digital services, the solution reflects the university's continued focus on modernising academic administration in partnership with Zucol Services.
