ZXJ Machinery Releases Five Technical Guides for Disposable Product Converting Lines

Lianyungang, China, August 18, 2026 - ZXJ Machinery has released five technical guides for manufacturers evaluating disposable product converting and packaging lines.

The new technical resource update covers nonwoven fabric folding, wet wipes production, disposable bath towel folding and packaging, facial cleansing towel and kitchen wipe production, and PFAS-free greaseproof paper sheet converting. The guides are intended for manufacturers that need to define material width, fold pattern, finished product size, stack handling and downstream packaging before purchasing production equipment.

The nonwoven folding guide covers 30-80 gsm spunlace materials, V-fold, N-fold, W-fold and fan-fold formats, and common folded sizes including 50 x 50 mm, 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm. It also explains how unwinding traction and automatic deviation correction help maintain alignment during high-speed operation.
