1. Stable performance

The main function of the nano cellulose based film material is to isolate the positive and negative electrodes, which can only enable the rapid transfer of ions between the positive and negative electrodes. It is one of the important internal components of energy storage devices. The performance of the diaphragm has a great impact on the internal resistance, discharge capacity, cycle life of the storage device and the safety of the battery. If the thermal stability, poor mechanical properties, low pore structure and other problems will cause battery short circuit or hinder ion transfer and other needs, the use of nano cellulose nano cellulose based separator materials can well solve this problem.

Compared with cellulose fiber, the nano structure and specific surface area of nano cellulose are more fine. The electrode materials can have more fine nano structure and excellent electrochemical properties by high-temperature carbonization, in-situ chemical polymerization, electrochemical deposition and other methods.

Due to their excellent mechanical properties, large specific surface area, and high conductivity, they are widely used in energy storage, sensors, flexible electronic devices, and so on. However, due to the small number of surface groups and low chemical activity, there are clumps and uneven dispersion in the solution. Before use, it is necessary to add surfactants or carry out chemical oxidation reaction treatment to make its surface have a variety of oxygen containing groups to improve its surface activity.

5. Optimizable

Through the research on nano cellulose based multi-component composites, it is found that improving the electrochemical performance of nano cellulose based electrode materials can make it possible to build a more refined and effective nano electrode structure. The optimized nano cellulose based multi-component composites can be prepared by carbonization, chemical in-situ polymerization, electrochemical deposition, hydrothermal reaction and self-assembly.
