The workshop is focused on the role to learn the basic skills necessary to protect yourself through self defence moves in case of attack and how to gain self-confidence through a free self defence learning workshop being held at MADE EASY SCHOOL, Gurgaon near sector 56 on 26th March, Sunday.
Self-defence, especially for women, is of utmost importance in the kind of the world we live in today. In India many cases go unreported, Women are usually examined as easier targets. Self-defence for women has become a necessity more than ever. Rape, molestation, kidnapping and murder are the most familiar forms of crime against women in India. The women in India are also vulnerable to acid attacks, domestic violence and eve-teasing.
We cannot say that women are safe in India by viewing the last few year crimes facing women exclusively in the national capital. Women usually feel afraid while going alone out to the home. It is a very wistful truth of the country that its women citizens are living with anxiety all time. Personal safety of women has been the matter of concern for every Indian citizen.
Self-defence skills prepare you to fight rather than freeze and such workshops are the place to retain how to put up a splendid fight against the assaulter.
