Fit Recovery Announces Enrollment for Fit Recovery 2.0 Alcohol Recovery Coaching Program

The approach has a clinical precedent cited by Fit Recovery. A 1987 paper by J. Mathews-Larson and R.A. Parker, published in the International Journal of Biosocial Research , reported on 100 patients treated at Health Recovery Center in Minneapolis using nutritional and biochemical restoration alongside conventional therapy. At 42 months, the study reported that 74% remained abstinent, free of cravings, and without mood instability. The reported figure applies to that study and is not a success rate for Fit Recovery or FR 2.0.
