International Investor Alert: FCIG Yepbit has become the subject of regulatory action and public complaints concerning unlicensed cryptocurrency investment activities, recruitment-based earnings, guaranteed-return claims, and withdrawal problems.

The names Fidelity Capital Investment Group, FCIG, Yepbit Exchange, Yepbit Trading App, and Yepbit Exchange PTY Limited have reportedly been used together to promote a crypto-based "Trading Investment Project."

Regulatory findings indicate that FCIG Yepbit should be treated as a high-risk operation. Investors who transferred cryptocurrency to the platform should stop making additional payments, preserve their transaction records, and report the relevant wallet addresses to financial authorities and payment providers.

What Is FCIG Yepbit?
FCIG is promoted as Fidelity Capital Investment Group and has allegedly been presented as an investment organization working with the Yepbit cryptocurrency platform. Promotional posts describe a shareholder or team system through which members deposit money, participate in trading activities, recruit other users, and advance through different membership levels.

Some promoters reportedly claim that Yepbit generates earnings through crypto trading, quantitative strategies, trading signals, arbitrage, or artificial intelligence. Participants may be instructed to complete daily tasks or press a button to activate a supposedly profitable transaction.

However, investors should not assume that an internal dashboard represents genuine trading. Unless trades can be confirmed through independent exchange records, an account balance may simply be a number controlled by the platform operator.

Is FCIG Connected to Fidelity Investments?

Consumers should not assume that "Fidelity Capital Investment Group" is connected to the established US financial company Fidelity Investments.

In an online discussion hosted by the official Fidelity Investments community, a user asked whether Yepbit or the organization calling itself Fidelity Capital Investment Group had any connection to Fidelity. A Fidelity representative responded that the product described was not a Fidelity product and was unaffiliated with the company.

Using words such as "Fidelity," "Capital," "Investment," or "Group" does not demonstrate a relationship with a regulated financial institution. Investors should verify a company through its regulator, official corporate website, and independently confirmed contact information.
They should not rely on logos, employee photographs, certificates, social-media profiles, or statements made by recruitment leaders.

Philippine SEC Action Against FCIG and Yepbit
In the Philippines, the Securities and Exchange Commission reportedly issued a cease-and-desist order against Fidelity Capital Investment Group, Yepbit Exchange PTY Limited, and their associated agents, recruiters, solicitors, and brokers.
According to reporting on the action, the FCIG-Yepbit "Trading Investment Project" offered high returns on investments ranging from approximately $500 to $3,000 and required participants to recruit additional members. The Philippine SEC reportedly found that the operation was offering or selling securities without the required registration and authorization.

A cease-and-desist order is a serious regulatory measure. Participants should not interpret the continued availability of an application, group chat, or website as proof that an operation is authorized.

Ghana SEC Warns About Yepbit Exchange
On July 15, 2026, Ghana's Securities and Exchange Commission issued a public warning concerning Yepbit Exchange and BonChat. The regulator described them as a suspected fraudulent investment scheme soliciting money from the public through cryptocurrency and other digital-asset channels.

The Ghana SEC stated that neither Yepbit Exchange nor BonChat was licensed by the regulator. It advised the public to avoid schemes offering unusually high or guaranteed returns and operations in which earnings depend primarily on recruiting other people.

The reference to BonChat is important because questionable investment groups frequently use private messaging applications to distribute trading instructions, coordinate deposits, announce promotions, and pressure members to recruit family and friends.

Australia Adds Yepbit to Its Investor Alert List
Australia's MoneySmart service, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, has included Yepbit and the domain yepbit6.com on its investor alert list.
The warning indicates that Yepbit may have offered financial services to Australian consumers without holding an Australian financial-services or credit license. ASIC advises consumers to be wary of dealing with entities included on the list.

Platforms can change their domains, application links, and group names. The fact that one website disappears and another appears does not resolve questions about the people controlling the operation.

FCIG Yepbit Reviews and Complaints
Public FCIG Yepbit reviews describe a mixture of successful early withdrawals, referral earnings, recruitment pressure, and later concerns about access to funds. Such accounts must be treated as individual allegations unless independently verified.

An early payment does not establish that an investment platform is sustainable. Ponzi-style operations may use deposits from new participants to pay selected earlier members. These payments encourage testimonials and persuade existing users to make larger deposits.
A legitimate trading business should be able to explain how it earns revenue without depending on continuous recruitment.

How the Alleged FCIG Yepbit Model May Operate
The reported FCIG Yepbit system appears to combine an online trading interface with a network-marketing structure. Participants may deposit cryptocurrency, receive daily signals, and see apparent profits added to their accounts.
Recruiters may present these results as proof that the trading strategy works. Users who successfully withdraw a small amount may then be encouraged to deposit more and invite others.

The central question is whether any real external trading generates the displayed returns. If the application does not provide independently verifiable order records, audited results, or transparent custody information, participants cannot confirm that their money is being traded.

A recruitment-dependent operation can continue while enough new deposits enter the system. When new participation slows, withdrawals may be restricted, incentives may change, or administrators may announce a technical problem, compliance review, system upgrade, security incident, or regulatory issue.

What to Do if an FCIG Yepbit Withdrawal Is Blocked
Users should not send another payment simply because a group leader or support representative says it is required to release the account balance.

Before doing anything else, preserve screenshots showing the balance, withdrawal request, error message, and payment demand. Save the complete conversation rather than isolated messages.

Do not confront administrators before securing the evidence. Group chats, account histories, and websites may disappear when an operation becomes aware that complaints are being filed.

How to Trace Lost Funds Sent to FCIG Yepbit
Cryptocurrency transfers normally create permanent blockchain records. These records cannot identify every participant by name, but they can show where the assets moved.

Begin by finding the transaction hash or TXID for every Yepbit deposit. The TXID can usually be located in the exchange or wallet used to send the cryptocurrency.
The transaction should then be checked through a blockchain explorer for the correct network. A USDT payment, for example, may have been sent through Tron, Ethereum, or another network. Using the wrong explorer will not display the transaction.

Protect Yourself From Secondary Fraud
People searching for help after an FCIG Yepbit loss may receive messages from supposed hackers, attorneys, regulators, blockchain specialists, or exchange insiders. These individuals may claim that the cryptocurrency has already been found and request an advance fee.

Never provide a seed phrase, private key, password, or authentication code. Do not deposit cryptocurrency into a "safe wallet" created by a stranger, and do not install remote-access software.

Claims that a person can hack a blockchain, reverse a transaction, or guarantee a result should be treated as warning signs.

FCIG Yepbit faces significant regulatory and credibility concerns. Philippine authorities have reportedly taken enforcement action against the FCIG-Yepbit investment project, Ghana's SEC has warned that Yepbit Exchange and BonChat are unlicensed and suspected of fraudulent investment activity, and Australia has included a Yepbit-related website on its investor alert list.

There is also no verified basis for treating the operation calling itself Fidelity Capital Investment Group as affiliated with Fidelity Investments.

Anyone who deposited money should avoid additional payments, document every transaction, preserve communications, and report the associated cryptocurrency wallets. A careful blockchain review may help trace lost funds and connect an individual complaint to other FCIG Yepbit transactions.
