FixMyReports.com Launches DIY Credit Dispute Platform Putting Consumers in Control

New DIY software lets consumers pull their own credit reports and generate their own bureau-ready dispute letters.
Traditional credit repair companies typically operate on behalf of their customers: the company pulls the customer's credit report, decides what to dispute, and sends the dispute letters to the credit bureaus in the company's own name or as the customer's authorized representative. This new platform takes a fundamentally different approach. Instead of acting for the customer, it gives the customer the tools to manage the entire process themselves, from reviewing their credit report to mailing their own dispute letters.
Here is how it works in practice. A customer connects their own credit report account to the platform, using their own login credentials. The platform then pulls that customer's credit report directly, on their behalf and under their own authorization, and presents it in an organized, easy-to-read format. From there, the software automatically identifies items across all three major credit bureaus that may be negative, inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise worth disputing. The customer reviews these items and decides which ones they want to challenge.
Once the customer has made their selections, the platform generates personalized, bureau-ready dispute letters tailored to each account and each bureau. These letters are built using established dispute language and formatting standards, but they are the customer's letters to send. The customer downloads or prints the letters and mails them independently to the credit bureaus. At no point does the platform or the company behind it contact a bureau, creditor, or collection agency on the customer's behalf.
Beyond generating letters, the platform also helps customers track their progress over time. It monitors each subsequent credit report pull and highlights what has changed since the last round: which items were removed, which are new, and which are still pending. Customers get clear visibility into where they stand at each stage of the dispute process, along with guidance on when it may make sense to escalate a dispute or pull a fresh report and start another round.
The company was founded by Josh Yasar Daglar, who has spent more than two decades working in the credit repair and financial services industry. That background, including years of experience helping clients dispute inaccurate credit information directly, shaped the decision to build a platform that puts the customer in the driver's seat rather than positioning a company as an intermediary.
"People shouldn't have to hand their credit repair over to someone else and just hope for the best," said Daglar, founder of FixMyReports.com. "We built this platform to give consumers the same tools that credit repair companies use internally, but in a format they control from start to finish. They pull their own report, they decide what to dispute, and they mail their own letters. We simply provide the software that makes that process fast and organized."
The platform includes a guided onboarding flow that walks new customers step by step through connecting their credit report account, reviewing their personal information, and generating their first round of dispute letters. This is designed to make the process approachable even for customers who have never disputed an item on their credit report before.
Because the customer retains control over pulling their own report, selecting what to dispute, and physically sending their own letters, the platform is structured as a self-service software tool rather than a company acting as a credit repair organization on the customer's behalf. This distinction is central to how the product was designed and how it operates.
FixMyReports.com is available now to consumers who want a hands-on, transparent way to work through inaccurate or outdated items on their credit report without giving up control of the process to a third party.
