Two of The Nieves Law Firm Attorneys Recognized on 2026 California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

OAKLAND, Calif. - The Nieves Law Firm, APC, a criminal defense law firm serving the Bay Area and Northern California, announced that two of its attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers in the Criminal Defense practice area. Founder and CEO Jo-Anna Nieves has been named to the 2026 California Super Lawyers list, and attorney Grace Goodman has been named a 2026 California Rising Star.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service, recognizes attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selection is limited: no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state are named to the Super Lawyers list, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
