CuraReach Launches as a Marketing Agency Built Exclusively for Mental Health Clinics
CuraReach has launched as a growth marketing agency that works only with mental health and behavioral health clinics in the United States. The agency offers HIPAA-aware search engine optimization, paid advertising, website development, AI search optimization, Voice AI phone agents and patient intake automation, all on month-to-month terms with no lock-in contracts. It was founded by Sagar D.The launch targets a gap that clinic owners describe often: agencies that treat a psychiatry practice the same way they would treat a plumber or a dental office. Behavioral health does not work that way. A prospective TMS patient may need prior authorization, six weeks of scheduling and a referring therapist's blessing before a single session happens, and none of that shows up in a click-through rate.
KEY FACTS
CuraReach is a growth marketing agency serving mental health and behavioral health clinics only. It launched in July 2026, was founded by Sagar D., and serves clinics across the United States from Bengaluru, India. Six services are on offer: SEO, paid ads, website development, AI search optimization, Voice AI and intake automation. Clients include TMS, Spravato and ketamine clinics, psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists, telehealth, group and private practices, and behavioral health organizations. Engagements run month to month with no lock-in, and pricing is quoted after a free growth audit. Press and new-client enquiries go to hi@curareach.com.
WHY MENTAL HEALTH ONLY
The underlying demand is well documented. SAMHSA's 2024 National Survey on Drug Use and Health found that 23.4% of American adults (61.5 million people) experienced any mental illness in the past year, and that 52.1% of them received any mental health treatment. Roughly 29 million adults with a diagnosable condition went untreated.
The gap is sharper in interventional psychiatry, the segment CuraReach concentrates on. In the STAR*D trial, the largest study of its kind, about a third of patients failed to reach remission or adequate response after two treatment trials, which is the clinical threshold for treatment-resistant depression and the entry point for TMS, Spravato and ketamine care. Medicare has covered TMS for medication-resistant depression for over a decade, and clinics have bought devices on the strength of it. Many of those chairs sit empty on a given afternoon.
CuraReach's own keyword research puts US search volume for "TMS therapy near me" at roughly 12,000 queries a month and "TMS for depression" at roughly 8,000. Patients are searching. The clinics often aren't what turns up.
"Clinic owners spent years learning how to treat depression, not how to structure a treatment page or read a conversion report. When they hire a generalist agency, they usually get vanity metrics - impressions, follower counts - while the intake calendar stays quiet. We measure one thing: booked intakes."
Sagar D., Founder, CuraReach
WHAT THE AGENCY DOES
SEO covers local search, Google Business Profile, treatment-page architecture and citation consistency.
Paid ads means Google Search and Performance Max with insurance-aware filtering, plus call and form conversion tracking.
Website development produces clinic sites built around the intake form, with Core Web Vitals performance.
AI optimization works on getting clinics cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Voice AI supplies phone agents that answer after hours, book intakes and route urgent callers.
Intake automation handles instant inquiry response, follow-up sequences and consult confirmation, and connects to Osmind, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD, Calendly, Zocdoc and GoHighLevel.
The fourth of those is the newest. When someone asks an AI assistant which clinics near them offer Spravato, the answer gets assembled from sources the model can find and trust. Clinics that have never thought about being machine-readable don't make the list, which is what the AI optimization service is meant to correct.
WHY THE AGENCY SAYS HIPAA-AWARE, NOT HIPAA-CERTIFIED
CuraReach calls its work HIPAA-aware. It avoids HIPAA-compliant and HIPAA-certified, because no body certifies marketing vendors and the agency says claiming otherwise misleads clinic owners who are already nervous about liability. In practice it means tracking is configured so patient information never reaches Google or Meta, and campaigns follow the health advertising policies those platforms enforce.
The agency also won't guarantee patient volume. Its published position is that no honest agency can promise an exact patient count, and that timelines belong in the conversation up front. Ads can produce calls in the first few weeks. SEO generally needs two to four months before it builds momentum.
"Most of the clinicians we talk to have been burned once already. So we work month to month. If it stops working, they should be able to leave without a lawyer. We'd rather earn the renewal."
Sagar D., Founder, CuraReach
HOW ENGAGEMENTS START
A free growth audit reviews current search visibility, ad performance, website conversion paths and intake response times. A strategy call then maps the next 90 days, with pricing quoted only after the audit. The build follows: pages, campaigns, tracking and automations. After launch the work moves to ongoing testing and plain-language reporting.
Service tiers run from a local-visibility starter package through full-funnel programs covering Google and Meta advertising, a complete website build, advanced CRM automation and optional Voice AI. The model is a monthly management fee plus a client-controlled advertising budget. Guidance for each clinic type, including marketing for TMS clinics, is published on the CuraReach site, alongside operational playbooks in its Insights for clinic leaders library covering chair utilization, cost per started patient, therapist referral networks and HIPAA-compliant review programs.
WHAT GETS REPORTED
The agency's objection to generalist marketing is a measurement objection, so reporting is where it expects to be judged. Clients get attribution that traces a booked patient back to search, ads or referral, cost per scheduled intake in place of cost per click, and a monthly report written without jargon. Higher tiers add bi-weekly optimization, a monthly strategy call and a live dashboard for owners and intake staff.
The same framing runs through the agency's published work, which deals in numbers clinic owners already watch: chair utilization on a TMS device, cost per started patient, the drop-off between an inquiry and a first session. The argument is that marketing should answer to those numbers and not to a separate set invented for the agency's benefit.
WHO THE AGENCY TURNS DOWN
CuraReach takes no clients outside mental and behavioral health, which rules out the general local-business work most agencies of its size rely on. The restriction is deliberate: a clinic asking about Spravato ad policy or a prior-authorization funnel should not be talking to someone who spent the morning on a roofing campaign.
Within behavioral health the agency works across the range, from solo therapists to multi-site behavioral health organizations, though interventional psychiatry is where it concentrates. Clinics that want a guaranteed patient count are told plainly that CuraReach will not provide one.
CuraReach is accepting new clinic clients across the United States.
