The SILV-1800L is designed to provide controlled load testing for generator sets, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, electrical grid applications, server load simulation, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) testing. The load bank includes integrated 8961 F2 generator testing functionality and supports both local push-button operation and remote PC-based control. The system also supports communication through the Modbus TCP protocol, enabling integration with industrial automation platforms and centralized monitoring systems.

Protection Systems for Industrial Operation

The protection systems include fan overload protection, low-airflow protection, thermal emergency shutdown, MCCB control circuit protection, and emergency stop functionality.

The unit is constructed using industrial-grade contactors and nickel-chromium resistor elements designed for high-temperature operation in demanding industrial environments.

Applications Across Multiple Power Segments

The company said the SILV-1800L is intended for use in generator commissioning, UPS verification, electrical grid balancing studies, server load simulation for data centers, and Battery Energy Storage System testing.
