QILEE Group Introduces the QL-SWTP 900K Series Integrated Surface Water Treatment System
Operating with a total treatment capacity of 900,000 cubic meters per day, the QL-SWTP 900K combines pre-treatment, gravity clarification, and advanced nanofiltration (NF) into a single, automated framework. The system is engineered to service large-scale municipal water supply projects, water treatment plants for mega industrial parks, river basin water quality restoration projects, and pretreatment operations for brackish water desalination in saline-alkali regions.
Technical Architecture and Performance
The QL-SWTP 900K operates via a continuous, fully automated mode utilizing three distinct processing zones:
* Zone 1: Pre-treatment: This initial phase utilizes dual-powered rotary drum screens to achieve a filtration accuracy of 20 to 100 micrometers. The zone is supported by an integrated, intelligent PAC/PAM proportional dosing system to optimize chemical application.
* Zone 2: Gravity Clarification: Engineered for ultra-low operating costs, this zone utilizes a zero-energy gravity-flow design, requiring zero electricity consumption. Each module processes 50,000 cubic meters per hour, successfully removing more than 95 percent of suspended solids (SS) through natural sedimentation.
* Zone 3B: Advanced Treatment: The final processing stage features a large-scale nanofiltration (NF) skid with a single-unit capacity of 300,000 cubic meters per day. This phase ensures the highly effective removal of total organic carbon (TOC), color, and multivalent ions. The NF technology guarantees stable, high-quality water production regardless of seasonal fluctuations in raw river water conditions.

Production, Deployment, and Automation
During the research and design phase, QILEE engineers optimize the system's sedimentation units using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations. All skid-mounted components are standardized, manufactured, and treated with specialized anti-corrosion coatings at QILEE's digital factory. Before shipment, the equipment undergoes complete Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure immediate plug-and-play capability at the project site.
The modular, skid-mounted design facilitates rapid deployment, reducing on-site installation time by approximately 60 percent when compared to traditional concrete water treatment plants. Operationally, the system supports fully automated PLC/DCS remote control and provides operators with real-time water quality monitoring via mobile devices.
Target Markets and Field Validation
The QL-SWTP 900K Series is targeted primarily at municipal water utility groups, EPC contractors, large steel and chemical manufacturing plants, and environmental engineering companies. Geographic focus areas include large coastal industrial zones, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East; specifically major EPC infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
