The HMPL-OLMP series is available across a capacity range of 500 liters to 15,000 liters, with the newly launched 10,000 liter configuration positioned as an ideal fit for mid-to-large scale manufacturers looking to expand output without compromising on quality or consistency. The plant is built around a fully closed-circuit design that reduces contamination risk at every stage of production, from sugar melting to final storage, making it well suited for sensitive oral liquid formulations.

Engineered for Precision Mixing and Process Control
At the core of the system lies a combination of a sugar melting vessel, manufacturing vessel, and storage vessel, all constructed with SS 316 contact parts and SS 304 non-contact parts to ensure product purity and long-term durability. Interconnecting piping is built to DIN standards with seamless, internally electro-polished finishes, minimizing product hold-up and simplifying cleaning.

The manufacturing vessel is designed for internal vacuum operation, enabling smooth and hygienic transfer of sugar directly from storage into the syrup vessel. Melted sugar passes through an online bag filter before entering the manufacturing vessel, while the finished syrup is polished through a zero hold filter press on its way to the storage vessel. Propeller agitators enter from the top or bottom through specially designed mechanical seal faces, virtually eliminating shaft vibration and reducing long-term maintenance costs, since the drive assembly requires no coupling.

Automation That Enhances Consistency and Efficiency
The 10,000 liter Oral Liquid Manufacturing Plant can be equipped with a PLC-based control panel for full process automation, allowing operators to monitor and control critical parameters such as temperature, viscosity, and pH in real time. Optional limpet coils on the syrup and manufacturing vessels enable precise heating and cooling, while load cells provide accurate weighing for consistent batch-to-batch quality. Combined with an inline homogenizer and centrifugal or lobe transfer pumps, the system delivers uniform mixing and reliable transfer across every production run.
