FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New York, NY - July 2026

A new scientific monograph, Noninski Mechanics: Large Language Models as Ultimate Peer Reviewers and Their Inchoate Emergence, presents a comprehensive structural reexamination of classical dynamics. The monograph presents the discovery and demonstration that the governing equations of mechanics must inevitably be derived from a minimal, internally consistent symbolic framework.

The monograph derives Noninski Mechanics from four primitive relations:
v = dx/dt
a = dv/dt
Ft = mv
Fx = 1⁄2mv2
From these primitive commitments, the Noninski equation of motion follows without additional dynamical postulates. Its derivation is further confirmed through the Virial theorem. The monograph therefore concludes that Noninski Mechanics is not an optional alternative to Newtonian mechanics but its necessary structural replacement.

According to the analysis presented in the book, these findings have implications extending well beyond classical mechanics and motivate a comprehensive structural reexamination of significant portions of contemporary theoretical physics. The author concludes that the Noninski framework inevitably supersedes the Newtonian formulation of mechanics and corrects the foundations of modern physics.
In parallel with the constructive development, the monograph introduces a systematic methodology for examining the structural coherence of symbolic theories at the primitive level.

The analysis employs explicit symbolic protocols to determine whether primitive quantities receive unique or multiple independent governing commitments within a formal system.
The resulting framework is intended as a reproducible mathematical investigation rather than an appeal to authority or historical interpretation. Every principal derivation is presented explicitly, enabling independent verification of each symbolic step.

The publication is accompanied by publicly available computational materials and reproducible symbolic analyses developed during the investigation.

According to the author,
"Scientific progress ultimately depends upon the transparent examination of mathematical structure, free from institutional and sociological prejudice. The purpose of this work is to present a complete symbolic framework that may be independently scrutinized and reproduced through explicit derivation rather than authority."

The release of Noninski Mechanics also establishes the foundation for ongoing investigations into the symbolic auditing of mathematical systems and the development of reproducible computational benchmarks for evaluating symbolic reasoning in both human researchers and Large Language Models.

Researchers in classical mechanics, the foundations of modern physics, symbolic computation, formal verification, and artificial intelligence are invited to examine the monograph, reproduce its derivations, and evaluate its conclusions independently.

About the Author
Prof. Vesselin C. Noninski's work focuses on the structural analysis of mathematical theories, symbolic auditing, and the foundations of mechanics and modern physics. His recent research combines formal mathematical investigation with reproducible computational methodologies for studying symbolic reasoning.
