Big Monk Games today announced the launch of Atmos Forge, an AI-powered skybox creation platform that combines generative AI with a procedural composition pipeline to help game developers create immersive, production-ready environments in minutes.

Rather than relying solely on AI image generation, Atmos Forge uses a hybrid workflow. AI establishes the artistic direction while a procedural rendering pipeline composes, enhances, and refines the final skybox with features such as physically placed suns, stars, atmospheric effects, seamless horizon generation, and intelligent post-processing. The result is greater visual consistency, cleaner seams, and a level of creative control that traditional text-to-image tools cannot provide.
