Bamberg Author Sandra Dorn Invited to Literary Festival in Italy

The novel was published in March 2026 by Edition Forsbach and takes readers on an atmospheric journey between the Mediterranean and the Orient--full of longing, adventure, and personal growth.
With this book, Sandra Dorn leaves her previous setting of Bamberg for the first time. Her first two novels in the Mira series were already very well received:

* _The Bamberg Masquerade: Mira Between Power and the Sea_ (2024)
A few days ago, in an interview conducted directly from her second home in Tuscania, the author spoke about her new place of residence and writing. The Italian town has since become an important part of her personal and literary life.
As early as 2025, Sandra Dorn presented her novel _Bamberg Masquerade_ at the Bamberg Literature Festival (BamLit). Now, with the invitation to Tuscania, she has reached another milestone in her international career.
Edition Forsbach published the Italian edition of _Bamberger Maskerade_ in the fall of 2025. In the fall of 2026, the third Mira novel, *Magia Mediterranea. Mira tra il Mediterraneo e l'Oriente*, will also be published in Italian.
With the invitation to Tuscania, Edition Forsbach will also be represented as a German publisher at the literary festival, where it will present its international program alongside numerous Italian publishers.
