The People Behind the Power: NUE Launches "Powerful Voices" Series

New Use Energy (NUE) today announced the launch of "Powerful Voices", a new weekly video series directed by television and film director Robert Diaz LeRoy. The series will premiere on the NUE YouTube Page https://www.youtube.com/@NUE-NewUseEnergy and its website www.newuseenergy.com and will introduce viewers to the people behind some of the most demanding power needs in the world and the stories of resilience, urgency, and ingenuity that define their work.

Each weekly segment centers on a different individual or team whose work depends on reliable power in situations where there is no room for failure. Subjects include soldiers and volunteers operating in Ukraine, humanitarian aid workers, first responders, disaster response crews, and members of the film and television industry working on location far from conventional power sources.

"Powerful Voices" is not a product demo or promotion. It's a documentary series about people," said Robert Diaz LeRoy, director of the series. "Power shows up in the background of everyone's lives, but for the people we're profiling, it's the difference between finishing the mission and not. I wanted to make a series that puts their voices, not the technology, at the center of the frame."

While each episode is grounded in real interviews with real users in Ukraine, across the United States, and in other locations around the world, the series is ultimately about the human beings telling their own stories in their own words: what they've faced, what they've overcome, and why dependable power matters when the stakes are highest.
